Hero Academy is a school being formed in Saigon for children who will grow up intelligent, strong, honorable, and useful to the people around them.
Four pillars. One mission. Built brother to brother, sister to sister, by the people who answer the call.
Hello Brothers and Sisters,
I am Khoa, a warrior from Sydney, Australia.
Born and raised there.
I am moving to Ho Chi Minh City to find a wife,
get married, and have eight children.
I want a place for my children to grow:
I know it is a lot to ask for.
So I have decided to build my own academy.
If you see yourself building this with me in HCMC — come find me.
Much love,
Khoa Van.
A child trained in only one pillar becomes a specialist, or worse — a liability. We train the four together, every week, for as long as they are with us.
Clear thought. Sound judgment.
Children who think for themselves. Who can take an argument apart, name a logical fallacy, hold two ideas at once, and still arrive at the right answer.
Strong frame. Capable hands.
A body that moves, lifts, defends, and endures. Physical confidence that comes from doing hard things with your own two hands, year after year.
A code to stand on.
The virtues that make a person someone you can trust with your life. Not taught by lecture — forged by expectation, example, and consequence.
A reason to get up.
Purpose, craft, and the ability to feed a family. Children who know how value is created, how money works, and what their life is actually for.
I grew up in Sydney. Vietnamese by blood, Australian by passport, warrior by choice. I spent my years training my body, sharpening my mind, and building a code I actually want to pass down.
I'm not waiting for a perfect school to exist for my future children. I'm moving to Ho Chi Minh City to build it — and to build a family worthy of it.
If any part of this stirs something in you — as a parent, a coach, a teacher, a founder, a brother or sister with the same fire — I want to meet you.
Hero Academy is being formed in person, in Saigon. If any of the four roles below describes you, send one message and tell me your story.
You see this and want to run it with Khoa — operations, land, curriculum, fundraising, the whole thing.
You teach gymnastics, martial arts, philosophy, finance, or craft — and you teach the person, not just the skill.
You want this for your own children, and you want to be in the room while it is being shaped.
You cannot be here full-time, but you want to help — mentorship, capital, connections, prayer.
Email is the surest way. I read every message myself.
No form. No funnel. Just a message, read by a human, answered by Khoa.
